Privacy Policy

1. Overview

AllCalciHub ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We have designed AllCalciHub with privacy as a default: your calculations are never sent to our servers.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

All calculator inputs and results are processed entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. We do not receive, store, or transmit:

  • Any values you enter into calculators
  • Any calculation results
  • Any health, financial, or personal data you input

3. Information We Collect Automatically

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data, including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Approximate geographic region (country/city level)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Referring website or search engine

This data is aggregated and anonymised. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before storage. We use this information only to understand which calculators are used and to improve the site.

4. Cookies

We use the following minimal cookies:

  • theme — stores your light/dark mode preference in localStorage (not a cookie; stays in your browser only)
  • Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (_ga, _gid) for session and user identification. These contain no personally identifiable information.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or affiliate tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — page view analytics. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts — we load Inter and JetBrains Mono from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP address when serving font files.
  • Cloudflare Pages — our hosting provider. Cloudflare processes request logs. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default before automatic deletion. We do not maintain any other databases of user data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations, including the right to access, correct, or delete data held about you. Since we hold no personally identifiable data beyond anonymised analytics, these rights are largely satisfied by design.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

8. Children's Privacy

AllCalciHub does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The site is a general-purpose utility with no user accounts, so no personal information is collected from any visitor regardless of age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
